1. About Customization

• Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We are a direct factory and welcome full customization. You can customize the material (various solid woods), shape/craftsmanship, logo (laser engraving or branding), and packaging (custom boxes or labels).

• How do I add my logo?

Simply send us your logo file (AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG). We will provide a digital mockup for your approval before production.

2. Samples & Lead Time

• What is the lead time for samples?

Typically, sample production takes 3–5 business days.

• How long does mass production take?

For bulk orders, our standard production lead time is approximately 15 days, depending on the order volume and customization complexity.

3. Wholesale & Shipping

• What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We are flexible! Please contact us with your specific requirements, and we will provide a tailored quote.

• Do you ship to the USA?

Yes. We offer various shipping methods, including Sea Freight DDP (Door-to-Door, duty paid) and Air Express, ensuring a smooth delivery to your warehouse.

4. Material & Quality

• What materials do you use?

We primarily work with high-quality solid woods from Cao County, including Pine, Paulownia, Poplar, and other premium hardwoods, tailored to your budget and needs.
